I heard gummies aren’t as effective as pills or tablets because you can’t get the exact dose in each gummy

Guys, it's not about vitamin c itself, it's about gelatin! Gelatin helps to produce collagen in the skin, she added vitamin c because then absorption of aminos from gelatin is actually effective. Eating this, and, spreading beef tallow on my face, morphed the structure of my skin, it's super smooth, still not perfect beacuse I have acne scars, but I have high hopes to get it even better. You can laugh, but the truth is no serum, or cream ever made my skin look this way.

THANK YOU!!!! Botox is "natural"! She's using the fruit the way they use the botulinum toxins 😂

I do try to get vitamin C through foods, but I've been told by doctors that much of it, you're just going to pee it out.
I do use a vitamin C serum in the mornings before sunscreen.

yes Orange , Lemon and etc helps to produce Collagen , just because she haves fun eating it doesn't dismiss the stimulation

They be making this stuff up without providing any proof. I need to see the proof ma’am.

  9. @TheBeastBandit

Are they going to stimulate collagen production? Naur.
Would they be a healthier alternative to gummies that I can wolf down until I OD? Yaur. Gotta try ‘em.

This could be improved. Add some collagen. Add vitamin e. Add other things. Then say it's just a healthier gummy.
