  1. Folks at Benchmade need to get out and get a little fresh air, some sunshine, and back in contact with reality. Come to think of it, quite a few manufacturers nowadays could benefit from that. Maybe they could do a work Retreat together.

  2. The Olamic Whippersnapper with the sheepsfoot blade is my grail knife. Someday I'll own one.

  3. FYI: 2” blade is legal to carry in California whether it’s auto, concealed fixed, or butterfly because a legal definition of a knife excludes any implement with a blade under 2”. Autos and butterflies above 2” are illegal and open carry of fixed blades is permitted. There are major exclusion zones throughout all major cities for other styles/sizes of knifes so there’s a whole industry evolving around 2” tactical non-knifes. Some are pretty cewl

  4. That Jungle Bolo is sa-WEET. I'd argue against it being a tactical tool, but dang near anything can be tactical I guess. Either way, it can double as a canoe paddle…

  5. The knife world has gone to unbelievable heights with their pricing. $1245 for a Knife is way too much.

  6. I hear you, DCA. I got a knife last Christmas and was very disappointed when I saw there was no pocket flish…
No Pocket Flish… can you believe that?????

  7. I have a FOBOS Cacula and absolutely love it. Very capable and robust but not too large, it has great fit and finish. The stonewash is polished underneath so it's very smooth. DCA, you are correct about what looks like a thumb hole, it's built off a design of their folder, which is still in the works. Can't recommend the Cacula enough.

  8. I’ve always loved Benchmade, they’ve made some great knives. But they’ve finally pushed me away. That Bailout price is bad. You can get so much more for so much less. Even American made you can do better. They’ve got nothing going for them anymore.

  9. I googled Cacula because when I heard it I thought wtf is that?

It showed me nothing. Is Google wrong?

  10. Man that’s disappointing the bailout comes in a tanto style blade. Love the un coated though

  11. What’s the price? You wax euphoric on the blades, get me interested, but fail to mention the price. Fail!

  12. ???????? I would always rather have a product of the USA and pay more, than Chinese made, bleh.
Support our country and buy from our allies too. China & Russia ????????. I mean the government and not the people. Unless those people support and want to be apart of that government.
USA ???????? first, then check out our allies! ???? ⚔️ ????

  13. I wish southern grind would use decent steels. I know their knives are basically a charity donation bc most of the money goes to their charity, but they could at least use a decent steel 200+ dollars for 14C-28N .

  14. I'm glad you did a great video DCA, cause I missed All My Circuits to see it!
I wish Case Knives Would make a full sized Trapper with the Warnclift 2nd blade. I don't hate the spay blade It's just the Warnclift or even better a Big Sheepsfoot blade would suit me better.
It's also nice to see someone come out with a dedicated replacement for the Buck 110/112 select's dreadful huge pocketclip! I ended up modifying a couple Benchmade Bugout Pocketclips for the two 112 selects I have. But then I ground down the sides, slimming it down, of the OEM Buck Pocketclip (because I do like the Buck Knives logo) and added it to a Buck 110 LT along with a Thumbstud.
