  1. Really like Oris owning one of my own. I'm surprised they created the Kermit link at such a high price point. I can see it as a novelty of sorts below $1000 but at $4000 that's quite the commitment.

There was a period where Rolf was staring without blinking at you Teddy, I felt the love!!

  2. So…love the Kermit not sure about titanium case. That green would pop 3x in steel. Just my personal opinion. Must get a calibre 400 at some point. But maybe Tudor 34 is a better fit for me. Anyway we are spoiled this year in the low end of the high end ???? if I could ask Oris I would love this Kermit or similar idea in the 40mm 65 diver profile with the 400 calibre….I'm fussy what can I say ????

  3. Would buy Kermit – but for those poor legibility and thinly painted indices. It’s High end Ti and turbine bezel look great (I love Ti and carbon) so propilot indices are a let down. Oris is great however, really like the brand

  4. Seems like a genuinely nice and well intentioned CEO. Are Oris watches any good though? Don't know much about them. But how are the movements, time keeping, regulation etc. As an Omega owner those things are an important part of the package to me at least?
    Thanks.

  5. Adrian Barker pressing his nose against the windows of various booths while Teddy the baller is talking with all the brand reps……..

  6. Congratulation to Oris for its Kermit watch to build the ugliest Dial ever in the most satisfying case I may think of. When does actual come the point to put a decent allrounder in the portfolio?

  7. Super cool to hear from Rolf directly on these releases. Oris is my #1, just a super cool brand doing really fun and interesting stuff. I wouldn't wear every watch they make, but I dig the "why" behind every watch.

  8. I do like the look of Oris watches. They are no Seiko, but they are up there with the rest.

  9. I would have gone with a different muppet – although not official Rolex already has the Kermit attached to it.

  10. Oris owner since 2017 CB bronze first edition. Herr Studer also responded to my DM. Excellent leader!

  11. I am not a fan of the Kermit for its naming and inclusion of the character. It’s also a distraction of other great pieces from Oris. That Altimeter that you and Rolf discussed is AMAZING. Super lightweight and as an avid hiker, the functionality is excellent.

  12. What on earth is happening at ORIS?….. This company used to pride themselves on making affordable mechanical watches…. Now they are anything but affordable…… Eye Wateringly overpriced no ORIS watch is worth more than 1.5K shocking ????

  13. What is with the growing trend of ugly ass bright pastel color watches with nonsense dials. Straight up nonsense. No come honestly say that looks good. If they did. They would buy a child’s watch.

  14. Ask him why they discontinued Artix line and if they are going to bring it back with the new 5 day power reserve movement?

  15. 0:54 he gives a professional sounding reason for Kermit here but seems he was over-justifying a bit during this one part. I would guess it's simply just some fun and silly thing to have on a watch. Also it probably was a character they could license a deal for. I could imagine a Snoopy watch next. Overall, it's a nice looking watch!
