  2. In India, governments working to get poor people to stop using wood based stoves (chulha's) as it's not good for their health and environment and trying to move them towards LPG.
    Meanwhile people from developed world building truck loads of wood smokers for grilling…

  5. Best wood to use for the smoker is Oak or Mesquite and you want clean smoke – none of that black tar looking smoke that will sour your meat … That smoker is going to do wonders! I started out by watching the Franklin’s videos out of Austin, TX and my briskets are looking fantastic

  7. As someone who’s cooked on offsets my whole life, watching American bbq spread worldwide brings me joy… it’s honest work and if done right with love, the results are damn near unbeatable
