  1. Steps for making Biscoff & Nutella Dream Bars:
    1) 220g Lotus biscuits
    2)Crush them finely
    3)Pour into a bowl
    4)Set aside 2tbs
    5) 60g unsalted butter, melted
    6)Mix until combined
    7)Pour into a 8” tin
    8)Press down firmly
    9) Refrigerate

    After you refrigerate:
    1) 600g cream cheese, room temp
    2) 100g icing sugar
    3)Whisk until combined
    4) Put half in another bowl
    5) Add 50g Nutella to this bowl
    6)Whisk until combined
    7)Grab the other bowl
    8)Add 50g Biscofg spread to this bowl
    9)Whisk until combined
    10)Spoon on the Nutella cheesecake
    11) Smooth it out
    12) Spoon on the Biscoff cheesecake
    13)Smooth it out

    In a different bowl add:
    1) 250ml doubld cream
    2) Whisk to soft peaks
    3) Spoon on the whipped cream
    4)Smooth it out
    5) Sprinkle Biscoff crumbs
    6)Refrigerate for 3 hours minimum
