    So i went to KFC after 2 years. I was told to use a self-ordering machine. But i checked prior if they had coleslaw. They didn't. So i left. Maybe i will try again in 2 years or never.

    If you dont want it to stick with each other, i usually have those equal parts water and potato/corn starch. Let it sit still for 3-4hours. Starch will separate from water, throw water out and then use the condensed starch for frying. I find doing that makes it extra crispy or i just find it better cause i’m making too much work for myself idk
