There is absolutely no difference in flavor between the two. Its actually scientifically proven.

Depends on the price. With bone in, you're paying for inedible bone. Also boneless cooks more evenly. So boneless should be more. If it's more than a buck a pound more for the same quality, I'd go for bone in.

Bone-in 🥩 is good, but it results in uneven surface contact for a food sear sometimes and it’s a bit rare near the bone

Bone in! Knowing the bits off the bone are the best! Messy, yes ( the beard ya know)!

Bone in unless it’s for a specific purpose such as Steak Au Poivre or a Steak Oscar. Of course I can out pepper corn sauce over a bone in steak but it’s better to cut cut out the bone before eating no

No Bone, cooking it to perfect temps is more difficult, having to cut around it when eating is a pain, you're paying more money per lbs of meat, easy choice. the 'Bone in' crowd just thinks it's cooler, status symbol, stupid macho crap.

Occasionally it's bone-in for me, but mostly I prefer boneless. Grilling them boneless is way easier and I don't think you can taste much of a difference.

You know, I don't really know why I watch your show it only reminds me of good meat that I can not afford to eat.
