  2. Any oil that's not refined and free from chemicals is good. Stop following health "trends" that keep changing every year. Eat what your body can digest and you're good.

  3. No it’s not! The best oils to cook with are Real Butter, Ghee, Coconut oil and Lard ! All better than olive oil ! Don’t listen to sponsored propagandists ! Also there is not enough olive trees on earth to supply all the supermarkets with the olive oil that’s on the shelves ! I’ll let you guess what it actually is as I have no idea 💋

  4. If you’re Italian or Spanish or Greek . Your body is LITERALLY adapted and best suited to consume olive oil as cooking oil. It’s what’s your body and ancestors body has processed for thousands of years
