  1. I love your recipes Laura & I happen to have some chicken breast in the fridge thawing so I think I'll do this recipe.

    I want to know is it OK to use my 5.5 qt dutch oven for this recipe since I don't have an enameled braiser like that??? Thanks

  2. I made this tonight for dinner, we love it! I had to guess at the amounts for the ingredients since there isn't a written recipe up yet but it is absolutely delicious, I agree Laura, a 10 out of 10. 🙂

  4. I just made this for dinner and added frozen peas the last 3 minutes of cook time. My son and I both thought it was delicious. We sprinkled a little extra parm once plated but chicken was tender and flavorful and rice gave off a risotto vibe. Simple and delicious

  5. Glad you used thigh meat, bone/skin less chix breast ranks right up there with plain rice cakes , no flavor at all

  8. Hey Laura! This is really good as you said; but it takes it up a notch with some broccoli florets or crinkled/sliced carrots. Made in a 13×9 casserole dish too! I am making my mouth water now!
