  1. Hi, can u please do nut butters and spreads to use on bread. I know ur an expert on vegetable dishes, but I really want to know your versions of almond butter, hazelnut spread, with(out) cocoa or dates OR combining different nuts and so on, please share a few recipes

I purchased your cookbook this Christmas and I really had to comment, for one I am not even vegan, I am lactose intolerant and try to avoid dairy as much as possible so that was the first reason that it appealed to me as well as the fact that I had cooked some of your recipes before and loved them. I made the tzatziki the other day 🤯 😍 😱 ❤…in love!! This is the second week in a row I prep the “scrappy cookie” for my dessert of the week, instead of other mix ins I just use dark chocolate chips and chopped dark chocolate-they are the best cookies I’ve made in my life NO LIE. I even used monk fruit sugar instead of coconut sugar and oat flour instead of reg flour and they come out SPECTACULAR! I’ve made the ginger immunity shots when I had a cold- let me tell you that cold lasted for maybe two days and it was gone. I’ve made so many of the recipes and honestly am obsessed!Thank you so much!! ❤❤❤

  3. Can I opt out of the milk completely or just add more broth? My youngest has so many food allergies and all nuts and seeds being one of them 😵‍💫
