Some protein recipes I ate :
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp chia seed
Too many raspberries
Put in fridge overnight or for over 4 hours and 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

1/2 cup oats
1 cup water
⅓ cup egg whites
1 scoop protein powder

– Boil the oats until creamy and then quickly whisk the egg whites until fluffy then add the protein powder once you take off the heat
– Mix in: cocoa powder (if you want chocolate), blue berries, banana, peanut butter, anything you want
– toppings: too many frozen berries & strawberries & peanut butter

1/2 cup oats
1/2-1 banana (sub ¼ cup apple sauce)
1 scoop protein
egg ( + ¼ cup egg whites if you want more protein)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
almond milk/water to thin
toppings: berries + banana + maple syrup + CRUNCHY PB

30g oats
60g egg white
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp apple sauce
1 tbsp almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/6 tsp nutmeg
Baking powder
Vanilla extract
1/4 cup shredded carrots
Greek yogurt + protein powder + maple syrup
More shredded carrots
Maple syrup

Air fried broccoli + air fried broccoli + Roasted sweet potato + avocado + chickpea + quinoa + Grilled chicken

1 tbsp Tahini + 1 tbsp honey
+ 1 tsp lemon juice + water if needed

1 can of chickpeas + 1 tbsp oil + garlic powder + onion powder + paprika + cumin + chill powder + salt + pepper
air fry for 15 mins at 400°F

My bowl: quinoa, chicken, sweet potato, edamame, air fried broccoli, topped with the peanut sauce

1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sweetener (like maple syrup or honey or monk fruit etc.)
A little gochujang/ sriracha/ chili flakes for taste
1/2 garlic or some garlic powder
Water to thin

Wash & cut your broccoli
In a bowl add a drizzle of olive oil and salt and black pepper, shake it around
Pop it into the air fryer for 15 mins at 400F (I like to shake mine around in like 5 min intervals for even cooking) (I keep it in until extremely crispy and kind of burnt HAHA🤤)

  3. I'm amazed at how you can really jot down your food intake :> I'm aiming to get a lot of protein in my body but I'm quite hesitant to record everything because seeing the numbers might make me conscious of what I eat. What you're doing is very admirable, Linda ♡

  4. I would love to talk to you about how you get in so much protein !!!!! I hear you should eat a gram of protein per ur body weight to build muscle. I’ve been getting close to my goal but it’s hard to get all the way there. Do you have any tips ? I am really proud of you also.
