I'm very glad to see this, because this is such a game-changer of a recipe for me. This made the difference between measly bowls of cereal every morning vs. a delicious & nutritious & filling breakfast for years (when I didn't work evening shift).

Though I can't believe you didn't include one with bananas! My personal long-term favorite was PB+Banana:

    1/3 Cup: Oats, Milk, Yogurt
    ~2 Tbsp: Peanut Butter
    1: Banana

    Sooooo good.

I wonder who was the cause for this reason.
Who was the straw that broke the camels back?

I had my audio off and I thought the uncomfortable silence was just part of the video and watched the whole thing

  4. Tyranzor Katastrophe

I appreciate the raging Satire for all these "superfoods"
Man knows what good food is but doesn't sell the bullshit

  5. Ray M

Serious question I don't understand overnight oats because cold oatmeal sounds so deeply troubling

  6. Des Grácialo

"We'll use manukah honey as a sweetener, which kills all bacteria within a four mile radius"

  7. Sassy 1

YSAC is giving me ''a hippie that oatverdosed on oats and is tripping balls while making more oats'' vibes

  8. Dilarus

Should I make them in mason jars? Because masons make buildings, which are man made structures. Are there any receptacles that evoke natural caves, or at least a yurt?

I've wanted to try this for a while, you made it look so easy you've given me the shame, about my procrastination and lack of follow through, to actually do it. Maybe. One day.
