  1. Just came to say that the thumbnail makes it look like he sprinkled frozen french fries on his peach dish which is hilarious. I'm gonna predict that those bits are actually cut almonds though. starts the video

  2. A French dessert created by Auguste Escoffier, named after Australian opera singer, born Helen Porter Mitchell, better known as Dame Nellie Melba, she changed her name in honour of her home town of Melbourne. She was actually from a suburb of Melbourne named Richmond.

  3. Absolutely delicious! I made it as a single serving for myself and let me tell you I am in LOVE. I ended up cooking down he syrup a bit to make it thicker and am currently using it as a sauce for my other deserts. Definitely making again.

  4. I thought for sure that this would be something you are warm 🤷🏼‍♀️ it looks tasty tho

  6. John. I am gastric bypass. that means no more than 16 grams of sugar at a time. If you must continue to post these incredibly awesome desserts, please post the nutrition (or at least the sugars!) with them. I know, I know – not going to happen. I'll just be careful when I eat. One serving should last me 4 days then…..

  7. 8 yrs late 🙃 but I'm going to save that poaching syrup for a simple syrup replacement in a few cocktails since bars are locked down
