I recommend using a grater instead. I think it whould be faster. I make something similar, i just half boil the potatoes, makes it easier to grate and probably gonna cook faster also

Why would you not just put the chicken in a blender at that point? (not frozen ofc)
If you are turning it into a paste anyway, why do it the hard way?!

I would just do shaved beef or pork that you get from Asian grocery store for hot pot. Notice Costco sometimes has it has well. Not sure if they have chicken as well.

Butter and oil gives your dish a butter flavor while being able to cook on higher heat. You can’t cook with butter on high heat

At that point just throw everything in a mixer/blender/shredder whatever, blend it all and fry it. Also maybe if you add some flour you could also deepfry it.

I think your chicken is just too frozen. His chicken looks softer. There’s gotta be an optimal temperature

I think using the oven would probably be better.
Actually, turn this into a nachos dip, or pasta sounds pretty good to me.

That is DEFINITELY NOT mozzarella cheese.
American people still don’t know what is real real cheese 😓

This is just tortilla patatas with unnecesary steps, stress and chicken added. Tortilla patatas is a Spanish dish, for people who want to google the recipe to try it. Its delicious❤. Never seen chicken in it though.
