  2. I really proud for them…. and i love how tarek really drag the advise for them…. it's sound like he is just advisor not a teacher. They taking great strategy about listing price and i love staging giving buyer a reflection about how that house woukd be like

  3. I prefer this show hands down over his others. Really informative and I love the showings at the end.

  4. ALWAYS get the permits ASAP, and have a clause in the contract where the seller guarantees that they properly pulled permits for any work in progress.

  5. I think the house is sold just beacuse the outdoor space. The outdoors scenery really hooked me up

  7. Great remodel. The problem was the purchase price. They were lucky to have a bidding war.

  8. Just goes to show people will pay money for anything. It’s a nice house, but $888,888 for a house that size anywhere just isn’t worth it
