  1. Dapat pala eto na Lang ang sinundan ko 😩 ayun tinapon ko kasi hnd umalsa . Ito dalawang itlog Lang sa iba 8 egg yolks pa . un sinunod ko adi natapon Lang 😤

  3. pwede ba kong gumamit ng rapid rising yeast? kung pwede paano ang procedure?mgkaiba kasi sya sa instant dried yeast.Salamat

  5. hello, kathy here from pampanga. ngayon ginawa ko po ang ensaymada at sinunod ko po ang measurements, pero instead of using whole egg i use 3yolks egg then instead of oil i use butter with the exact measurents.

  6. hi, i followed you recipe and instruction, pero ang kina labasan ng akin ay sunog then hilaw ang loob,, then after few hours, nag super  tigas ?  hu hu hu, help,, i really want to make ensaymada,,,

  10. Gaano po katagal dapat masahin/knead bago itabi para paalsahin? Hindi nyo po napakita kung minasa muna ang dough before rising. Thank you po.
