  1. ? Silver Foxglove – has anyone tried it? the leaves on the site remind me of lambs ear but I wonder if they grow well before buying.

  2. I’ll have to enjoy your heucheras instead of getting my own. At $10 a plant they’ll have to stay at the garden centre. The tag said zone 4 but that can be sitting on the fence during winter ????. Sadly it’s really just an annual for me.

  3. ????Good Monday morning, Laura!!! I hope your families, team members and their families had a fantastic, restful weekend!
????????????????????Hey, it is the MIA Russell????! So happy to see you back!!!! You must have been out "Tom-catting"; it is Spring, afterall…
Instead of trimming the grape ivy, couldn't you make a trellis to train the longer branches to climb on?
????Hi Paul!!! I s???? you outside of the Hartley! I hope you and your family had a great weekend!
Everything that you planted and shaped look fabulous!!! I am amazed at all of the sprout growth updates; WOW, they are all thriving, in the greenhouse!
    Have a Blessed and Beautiful day/night/week ????/????✨️⭐️????⭐️✨️ ???? everyone!!!

  4. Great video today. You were planting more beautiful hellebore just love that plant. Love were you put everything. Looking really pretty. Can't wait for a other visit to your sisters garden.

  5. When Laura said “sometimes you have no clue why plants behave the way they do”… am I the only one what immediately thought of my children? ????????‍♀️????????‍♀️???????? ???? ❤️

  6. Great planting. Love them all. Don’t forget to water. Love the topiary there coming along fantastic great idea. Thank you so very much for sharing this with us.????????????????????????

  7. You all need some Russell and Cheddar merchandise. They are perfect mascots for your channel, excellent video as always. ❤

  8. Love the topiaries. Have you ever used one of the metal animal shapes ? Like your Mom's butterflies ??????

  9. I remember your topiary video featuring Linda Vater, any plans on catching up with her as she is creating a new garden from scratch at her new cottage home?

  10. What a fun day everything looks great can’t wait to see more of your sisters backyard progress.

  11. Those little English daisies are so sweet. My mom just bought some for her garden and we were reading the tag and it’s one of those that says it only lives for like two years. I can’t remember what it’s called. No blooms the first year, blooms the second year, and then completely dies? How does that work? Do you have to just hope they drop seed? Will the plants be in a completely different place? Thanks for always giving us a beautiful place to start our mornings.

  12. The weather has been a bit weird for us here in North Florida too. Usually by now my cannas have blooms, they're just now breaking the ground. One of my hidden lillys finally bloomed after like 3-4 years though. It's so beautiful.

  13. Jim Putnam often uses old fitted sheets for fast & easy frost protection on shrubs and small trees. It looks silly but when you are racing around trying to cover elevated round things, it’s works great. Easy to take off too.

  14. loved the sound of the birds and the fountain while you planted… i never use music or anything while i work outside; it's nature i want to hear.. .sweet Russell.. our cats are so tolerant when all they want is a lap all day long ???? so exciting to see so many plants going in!!! doesn't it feel sooo good to get those garden muscles working again (for me anyway)??? just love being able to finally get outside and get busy cleaning, pruning, making my lists of fun stuff to buy… excited to see Monica's garden too, what a transformation!! have a great week, everyone!! ????❤thanks for the video!! ????❤

  15. Yesterday I was on my back porch when a hawk landed on my greenhouse frame, called a few times, looked at me, and then flew overhead.
My dad was out in the grass messing around, probably on TikTok, wearing a red shirt. Well, this attracted the attention of a robin that came to check him out…. But then two vultures flew over, and then landed nearby to check out this new body laying in the yard. All three of them frightened each other as I watched from the window. ????

  16. You said, "Hey Russell" like he is the faithful first employee to show up to work every day. ???? He probably thinks he is!

  17. 36 and chilly this morning in Iowa, freeze warning last night. Somehow my tulips are still alive, full of color, and loving life ???? I will take it ???? Happy Monday morning, everybody! ☕️????????????☀️
