THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
– 1 ½ stick (6 ounces) unsalted butter, room temperature
– 1 ½ cup sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon strawberry extract
– 2 cups + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
– ¾ tablespoon baking powder
– ¾ teaspoon salt
– ¾ cup whole milk, room temperature
– ½ cup freeze-dried strawberry powder
– 3 drops pink food color
– 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1 cup heavy cream
