This cheap security device is a disaster and we were able to blow right through it. Not secure at all!

  5. As a hotel clerk who works the night shift, I have a unique tool that lets me get into any room: It's called a crowbar. And the fact we can have your car impounded to cover damage fees (read the fine print) for replacing the door.

  7. You can use the door stop alarm but that makes noise I don't know how effective it is either. Saw them on Amazon once.

  10. Hotels/Motels have ZERO safety. 1 night, I had the deadbolt, AND the top switch lock thing. Security still woke me up at 3 am because there was a double booking.

  17. I've never had a product fail piss me off before. My mother was a travel nurse and in New Jersey apparently they can just bust into your room at any time and do what they want. They kept busting into our rooms randomly so we kept that latch on to stop them. Then a maintenance dude walked in on her while she was asleep. So we got the lock. Nice to know she could've been attacked at any time by fucking hotel staff. Why is NJ intent on violating rights and privacy anyways? 3 different fucking hotels and we got barged in on every damn day

  18. Funny enough it actually does work on regular doors. I know this because my wife put it on went to sleep and I could not get in. Hotels not so much😂

  21. If you have so much hotel anxiety that you lose your ability to think rationally then you don't need to be staying in hotels. The hotel has a vested interest in your room not being broken into, the deadbolt and door swing lock are more than sufficient. If they have tools to defeat the swing lock then maybe you should have paid that loan shark.

    Типо одного из болтов в двери который является замком. Но если человек знает он пройдет за мин 15 максимум
