    Ingredients:
    190 g of oats
    2 tablespoons of oil
    1 medium carrot
    1 medium apple
3-4 tablespoons of honey (to taste)
    110-120 ml of water
    Vanilla extract
    A handful of raisins
Baking powder or 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice

    Cooking Process:
    1. Grind the oats into flour using a coffee grinder.
    2. Rinse the raisins and soak them in clean water for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse them again.
    3. Blend the carrot, apple, and water until smooth and pureed. If the blender is slipping, add a little water.
    4. Mix all the ingredients together. Add the baking powder or soda at the end.
    5. Bake for about 50-60 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Allow to cool before serving.
