  8. If you're using nespresso pods they have recyclable bags you can get on their website where u just put the used pods into, and it already has a prepaid shipping label and you can send it to them so they can recycle them to use for other pods:) It's all free too!

  9. Love this video, but please wear a helmet on your bike ride. I am a triathlete and I cannot even express the importance of always wearing a helmet. I had an accident before that would have caused a lot more damage if I hadn't been wearing one. If you wear one, others who look up to you will be encouraged to do the same! Love the idea of being safe at home, and Freddie in your bed is hilarious!
