4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (30g).
1 teaspoon of baking powder (5g).
cream :
1 and 3/4 cup of cream cheese (400g).
3/4 cup of whipping cream (200ml).
3/4 cup of Nutella (200ml).
some milk (60ml).
1/2 cup of chopped hazelnuts (70g).
chocolate ganache:
100g of dark chocolate.
1/2 cup of whipping cream (120ml).
1/4 cup of chopped hazelnuts (40g).
