    boneless pork loin (butterflied)
    salt and pepper
    350F oil 3 minutes per side.

    jam πŸ”½
    1qt black berries
    150g sugar
    60ml water

    standard seasoned breading station πŸ”½

    -flour with salt to taste
    -4 eggs +1tsp oil + 1tsp salt
    -plain bread crumbs + salt pepper to taste

  6. As a German, its solid. Some tips:

    After salting the meat put some water drops on it, this way it will get more pop? more

    Don't press the meat to the flour or the breadcrumbs. Just place it in there and wiggle the Plate. You don't want that stuff to stick on it, cause you want it fluffy.

  9. It does look amazing, I just wonder if it would be better with less sugar, or something bitter, sour, or spicy to counter that intense sweetness from blackberry jam.
