boneless pork loin (butterflied) salt and pepper 350F oil 3 minutes per side.
jam π½ 1qt black berries 150g sugar 60ml water
standard seasoned breading station π½
-flour with salt to taste -4 eggs +1tsp oil + 1tsp salt -plain bread crumbs + salt pepper to taste
I like Chowder too. But please hold your mini horses to think Id glaze ya, rada?

Quick question, does it matter which seasonings to put into the breadcrumbs? Also might I ask which ones el rump added?

I got to introduce chowder to my oldest recently and the payday episode had me saying rada whenever I got mad at something πππ
After salting the meat put some water drops on it, this way it will get more pop? more
Don't press the meat to the flour or the breadcrumbs. Just place it in there and wiggle the Plate. You don't want that stuff to stick on it, cause you want it fluffy.

Blegh, fruit and meat is so wrong to me
It does look amazing, I just wonder if it would be better with less sugar, or something bitter, sour, or spicy to counter that intense sweetness from blackberry jam.
A classic! I fell in love with Schnitzel on a trip to Israel and ive been trying to find a place in the states that makes it as good. I will try this recipe!
Try it with cranberry jam or currant jam.
For anyone interested, traditional schnitzel is made with veal instead of pork.

Why the rada π ? In czech it means "I like it"
