  2. Clinching nails on a door build is a strong and time tested way to nail a door. I like to use alittle longer nail and with a small round rod and bend the end back into the wood . Cheers

  3. You need gaps! I'm going to talk in imperial for the sake of this, but a 36" x 84" door is ACTUALLY 35 3/4" x 83 1/8" and beveled kinda of like a cork so it will work in a door frame 😉

  4. As a carpenter who makes doors for outbuildings almost daily I can say this is a good door and will work nicely. Function is always more important than fashion and the fold on those nails, while not pretty, is going to hold very well.
