There isn’t a country in the world where higher prices can be charged legally than what is written on the menu. The fat lady may be right about the prices but was out of line. And was being a racist to the “foreigner”.
The country part was a little too much!
So they are legally obliged to pay the price that is placed on the menu list(pre-increase)?
If the mistake is yours, then good customer service dictates you do what is necessary to keep a repeat customer. That "yall country" comment was uncalled for though, but in general Asian customer service in America be trash
This happens a lot nowadays especially restaurants, and it happens with if you pay by credit card they charge you more too, and they don’t tell you I always argue about it
even if your right Dont mess with the people making your food.. just dont go again because they are going to put stuff in your food.. just ask the slave owners.. im pretty sure they ate a lot of spit

The owner has to honor the customer indefinitely,it’s not the customers fault they were given the old menus.
