  1. Eat your veggies while you still have teeth, you can do all this when you need dentures 🙂

  2. What I can’t stand is adding in the ginger without peeling the skin. WHY????

  3. I'm gonna be honest, drinking calories instead of eating them was what helped me the most recovering from ana

  4. Ah yes vitamin a…the hydrophobic one that accumulates in lipids instead of getting peed out. What can possibly go wrong 😬💀

  5. It looks so good as a smoothie though. I might try that (I have most the ingredients), for taste.

  6. A Pharmacist litrlly told me that to speak to my Doct. Before taking Vit. A because can be harmful

  7. Real question. Are there any health benefits that juicing provides that consuming the whole vegetable doesn't?

  8. I think this is so funny because it reminds me of when it was trendy to put Chlorophyll in water and people were like “omg my skin cleared, i had so much energy, i felt amazing” and it turned out it was because they were actually hydrated for once…… all she did was add in extra nutrients and water to her diet lol of course she feels like she looks better.

  9. Plant foods don't contain any vitamin A, only animal products do. Plants have beta carotene, which your body converts to vitamin A. You only convert what you need, so you can't get too much vitamin A from plant foods (but you can turn orange).

  10. Just eat your fruits and veggies 😭😭 there’s no need to blend it all together 😭😭

  11. I'm getting flashbacks to the 90s where everybody started juicing everything and it became a big health craze 🥲

  12. “That is overfilled”. I love how he criticizes EVERYTHING. I’m the same way 😂

  13. Coming in with some side effects of vitamin A toxicity (via the mayo clinic web page on it) for anyone curious:
Shorter term overdosing can lead to nausea, vomiting, fatigue, dizziness, and blurry vision
Long term overdosing can result in balance issues, liver damage, headache, nausea, hair loss, dry skin, pain in the joints and bones, and death (rarely)
Also found on the page are a list of possible interactions vitamin A can have with other meds (incl retinoids which is why it’s inadvisable to take vitamin A with acutane) and warnings that too much vitamin A supplements can potentially cause birth defects (topical vitamin A creams are a risk as well)
    Stay safe and smart!

  14. Hasn't it been proven that blending fruits and vegetables is actually not that effective? In fact, there's no benefits to it at all
