    Can I do this exercise on a bar? I don't have access to rings and I'm wondering if I can rotate as far as you can while using a bar or if that is dangerous for my body.

    Thank you so much for your videos!  I've been researching some good exercises to help my men's gymnastics class I'll be taking over for this summer.  I also love exercising on the rings as a female gymnast.  It's a great workout!
