  1. scream hard inside when emmy mix water from 2 type coconut together . lol

  2. Growing up in the Caribbean, a highlight of childhood was being given half of an entire coconut to enjoy the jelly…this brings back memories ❤

  3. I still really want to see you try Swallow's nest, I saw it at costco recently so I think it's easier to get now!

  4. I got an ad right as you grabbed the bigger knife and started chopping. What suspense. ????

  5. Well Emmy, I was thinking as I was watching this that if you have a wood splitter it may make splitting the coconut’s quicker and easier. Just pierce the skin and put them in the splitter. Maybe?

  6. a slightly older coconut will have the spongy thingy inside the coconut. root bulb or coconut apple some may called it. it is delicious. full of coconut flavour. only eat it if it is not over 1/3 of the size of the inner coconut shell. bigger than that it will be very fibrous.

  7. That yellow verity is called "King Coconuts" which is native to Sri Lanka. I've had both verities and I prefer King Coconuts because the coconut water and flesh is lot sweeter than the Green ones. I feel blessed to have a King Coconut tree in my backyard, very refreshing to drink in hot summer months. ????

  8. I learn so much from Emmy!
I feel like this is what they should be showing to kids in school or what they should be doing with kids in school

  9. I have been blessed to visit Sri Lanka and have been enlightened to the world of coconut and the different kinds / sweetness. Such a cute video

  10. I love the thought of a young Emmy going off to college wielding a clever for protection ????

  11. Ahhh the memories. Growing up we had a couple coconut trees in the backyard so I grew up eating green coconut. Here (Hawaii) the soft meat was referred to as "spoon meat". I remember my dad scooping out a bunch of meat and blending it up with the coconut water then passing it thru cheesecloth to make coconut milk. He'd always use that to make haupia or add it to squid luau.
    Thanks for the memories!

  12. Love this video type, but I would love to see you use the fruit in a recipe 🙂 Also, you could totally do a vegetable version of this too!

  13. try adding condensed milk to your coconut water and add the young coconut flesh in it, its a refreshing drink i can guarantee you ????

  14. "I'm not going to bother cutting off the bottom…" begins cutting off the bottom ???????????? you are too adorable, your videos are always fantastic

  15. 1:08 I freaked out for a second looking at the background, because I thought the little black fibers hanging down was a GIANT SPIDER, it looks so much like one!

  16. I loooooove young coconuts, but they’re like $7 here and I’ve only been able to open them with the claw side of a hammer! Oh—and I think the young coconut meat often has a buttery taste.

  17. Emmy, they may not be a "thing" anymore, I haven't found them in forever. Years ago, I liked Grapples. Grape flavored apples. It looked like an apple, but smelled and tasted like a grape. I know they have cotton candy grapes now, but the Grapple was such fun! ❤

Oh, my son and I love ALL of your videos, no matter the subject. The MREs are quite entertaining.
