  1. Spine discomfort is caused by the Atlas of the spine being out of alignment. Check out Atlas Orthogamy. Worked for me

  2. I have been squatting this way almost my whole life. No reason except that it is VERY comfortable. I have an injury from my teens in my lower back but NEVER causes me discomfort. Possibly from squatting this way. Thank you ????

  3. But, my orthopaedic adviced not to do a deep knee bend.
    Anything for knee health please, sadguru?

    Age, being a woman after effects of chemo/radiation, all seems to be working against me.

  4. The biggest problem with most of the lazy population is that by the time people have degeneration in the low back, they mostly have knee pains as well and they cannot squat.

    Squatting should be done daily from childhood and the best way to achieve this is to remove Sofa and Dining table and western commod from your house ???? especially if you have kids at home

  5. Riding 30000 kms is not a joke. Even the gym lover youngsters would have failed to do the same without hurting their body. But ….. Sadhguru truly proved what yoga can do your body.
