What a wonderful dish for young people who are off to university to learn. In fact it’s a very good dish for any young person to learn before they are in the big wide world having to look after themselves.

It looks great, it has a good balance of nutrients, and will certainly fill them up, which of course is always an issue for many young people, who very often have a very big appetite.

    Many thanks again.

Kev. . .What is your most-requested repeat entrèe from the sorority dinner crowd?

It's a shame you couldn't save the juices and fond from cooking the burgers! Lots of flavor in that for the gravy!

Love this recipe. Add a light bit of flour to the mushroom sauce if you want it thicker.

You make everything so easy to watch and seems so simple to make❤

So it is basically pan-fried flat meatloaf, oven-braised under gravy. That sure is a far cry from the nasty stuff we were served in the dorm cafeteria in college in the 60s! This looks pretty yummy!

Dude I hope these College Kids Realize how good your cooking is… I ate Army Chow for 30 years!

Kevin, do you ever follow a recipe for any of the meals for the sorority house? Or do you just wing it on your years of experience? Maybe a dumb question, but I want some of these recipes that are made for 3 or 4 people, and not like 20 😅
