Fast and Simple can be just as good if done right. The coarse salt and pepper from @alfrugonishop TX.SP combined w/ sweet and spicy from @melindasfoods Hot Honey is a perfect marriage of flavors for ribs. _____________________________________
𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: • Score membrane then insert hooks for hanging. • Olive oil as a binder then season w/ coarse salt and pepper. • Get your barrel smoker fired up using cherrywood for smoke then hang ribs. • Smoke until you hit some nice color and internal temp is 170F. Roughly 2hrs. • Once it reaches the 170F range remove then wrap in aluminum foil with butter and hot honey on both sides. Insert grate into barrel smoker and place ribs back in for another hour or so until it reaches an internal temp of around 200F. • Remove then lest rest wrapped for about an 30min to 1hr.
