  1. I've seen it in several videos and I need to know what the secret is of that cooker you have on the butcher block. I'm guessing it's an induction cooker.

  2. Smoke Shark Steak. I had it in Galveston when I was 19. Its Awesome. I'm not sure which Shark is the Best but I'll you Experiment.

  3. Come to Pensacola and I'll take you red snapper fishing, among other species that are in season. I can't promise that we will catch fish, but we will catch a buzz if nothing else!

  4. Also I've been wanting to say this for a while. "I love your chopping edits (which i know you hate)" But for us (your drinking buddies, find different spots during the CHOP where you slow it down to 1/4 time for 1/2 a sec. That would be the Drinking Game. ;-P

  5. I wonder how you like salmon if it's made untill the same internal temp as rare to medium rare beef steak. (115-125F) I like it more than above 130
