  1. I do something very similar to this with 2 variations, I use grilled jalapeños and melt the cheese on em and I kick back like 12 miller lites.

  3. LOL it’s been a while since I got a whole brisket from Costco. Watching this video bakes me want to get another one!! The last one I made a roast, burgers and tallow. Nothing like fresh ground burgers.

  6. Meat church I wanted to congratulate you on hitting 1M subscribers for sure!!! Something that you and the family will always remember and all the hard work that you put into the channel!!! I started smoking meat’s about 5 years ago now and it has definitely been a blast because of you showing everyone how you do it!! Ever since I started smoking meat every last thing that I have smoked has turned out way better than I could ever imagine!!! I have been butchering a whole cow every other year now for quite a while and it’s just me and the better half to eat it all!! I do give some of the hamburger to my sis when she needs some for her and her husband and his little boy!! With a whole cow sitting in the freezer definitely has given me the opportunity to try smoking different things!! I have smoked over 4 briskets and they have all turned out amazing and so delicious for sure!!! I also would definitely love to thank you for showing everyone how to smoke different meats and do it Wright every time!! Thanks again so much buddy!!!
