SET THE TABLE: With French Designer Marie Daâge

In this episode of Homeworthy French tabletop designer Marie Daâge shows us the art of setting the table—from how to mix different china patterns to arranging simple flowers. For more than 30 years Marie has been creating beautiful collections of hand-painted porcelain. She was one of the first modern designers to combine contrasting designs and colors within a table setting–Marie’s mixture of pattern and color unify her signature style – a melding of stripes, florals and figurative scenes. Her designs evoke the art and style of French living.
