  1. Amazing work! Question, are those copper pyramids on the four corners of the beds?

  2. If I won a gardeners supply gift card I would buy a rose arbor, raised bed for an herb garden or some of their super hoops for frost or shade cloths.

  3. If I won a gardeners supply gift card I would buy a rose arbor, raised bed for an herb garden or some of their super hoops for frost or shade cloths.

  4. Love this project! Can't wait to see what's next! I would love to get some of the raised beds from Gardener's! What an amazing space!

  5. In my zoon 6b, we get an average of 30 inches of rain a year. Some years it gets a little dryer. My house connection is a long way from my garden, so I'm thankful for the rain most of the time! I'm still loving those raised beds!

  6. This video was very informative! We live in California zone 9b where drip irrigation is necessary much of the year.

  7. I too would like to see a materials list and these videos are Soooo helpful. Sketched out the layout of a garden for my parents yesterday. All of the raised beds will be at my mom's waist high and I have some salvaged chair rails that will be mounted on the side of each bed – just in case they need support standing up while she fiddles in her garden. Would love to win the gift card to purchase soil, drip irrigation and other necessities for their new garden. Thank you Gardener's Supply and Garden Answer!

  8. I have no grow lights but did pretty good on starting seeds in my greenhouse

  9. Could you please tell us how you handle the water lines in the winter, since they are above the freeze line? We have used drip tubing in our garden zone 6, but used a hose above ground to connect to the outside faucet. The hose across the backyard isn't pretty or very functional. We also then remove all the tubing in late fall and store in our garden shed.

  10. Wow!! You guys kicked butt on this project, what an amazing gift this will be for her through out the years .. I can't wait to see how she sets up the greenhouse????????

  11. It is a good idea to run water through the lines before you close off the ends. Then, close off the ends and run water through the whole drip system.

  12. I would like to have the garden beds to grow food for my family. I've just turned 58 and I had to quit my job during covid to watch my grandchildren so their moms could work because they are essential workers. It would be fun to get my grandchildren involved with the whole process. Thank you for the videos Aaron and Laura! Bless you all

  13. Your videos are always so helpful and make me feel like I can tackle similar projects! Question- how many feet of 1/4” drip tubing with 6” emitters can be run off each attached area of the 1/2” main line? I’m in zone 9b CA and get very little to no rain along with a very hot temps all summer. Thanks!

  14. Since you're not burying below the frost line, how do you purge the lines in the winter?

  15. Seeing the drip setup was extremely helpful. I really need to set up drip in my raised beds here in Texas. Thank you for all the little tips along the way!

  16. That mini raised bed would be so cute with some pretty lettuces and a trellis along the back for peas!

  17. I want to do this in my garden as I have a similar setup! Is it safe to be leaving the water spigot connected to the house on at all times? Also, what is the watering schedule/timing you ascribe to in your area?

  18. We’re installing drip in our new garden, this video is so helpful! Thank you!
