Ingredients:
For the meat
2 lbs ground beef, I used 97% lean 3% fat
2 tomatoes chopped
1/2 onion chopped
4 oz hatch green chiles
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 – 2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper
jalapeño dip
8 oz cream cheese
Jalapeños i used 10 small ones
1/4 cup of its juice
1/4 sour cream
Your favorite chips I’m Tostitos salsa verde(by far the best for this casserole)
Toppings:
Mexican style cheese blend
Fresh lettuce
pico de gallo with avocado
jalapeños
