  9. Short rib lasagna is a family favorite. I made a holiday one the other day, but with bolonegse instead, and béchamel rather than the ricotta. Lasagna during the holidays, what a great tradition.

  14. ive had short rib ravioli twice at two diff fancy restaurants and both times it was just boring. could not taste the beef which was soo disappointing .. this recipe I will try myself.. looks amazing.
