Simple Salmon Bake RecipešŸ‘‡

OMG!! This is epic. When you get a piece of the salmon that has melted Parmesan on it, itā€™s divine. I reckon try to get the bits of salmon on top before you season and cheese it. Then itā€™s just sublime. Insanely healthy too šŸŽÆšŸ™šŸ˜

Nutrition – 500 kcal (46P, 6C, 33F)

50g spinach
100g salmon fillet
3 medium eggs (free range)
50g milk (2%)
10g Parmesan cheese
A little parsley on top
Salt and pepper

Method –

1. Turn on the oven at 160C (320F)

2. Add the spinach, salmon, eggs and milk to your baking dish. Mix it all up bringing the salmon to the top.

3. Season with salt and pepper. Then sprinkle your parsley and parmesan on top.

4. Bake for 30 minutes at 160C (320F)

Notes : the bowl is an 800ml Pyrex Cook & Go. Anything oven proof will work. I imagine this will also work in an air fryer but I havenā€™t tried it. Would need a lower setting

This is an incredible meal for cleaning up any micronutrient deficiencies you have in your diet. It doesnā€™t have the volume of some of my meals but the nutrient density is off the charts.
