I cannot WAIT to try these, but for the life of me, I've never understood why people use an electric mixer (of any type) to mix cookie dough. Maybe because this is a layered dessert it sets up differently, but in my entire life I've only ever mixed cookie dough by hand. My cookies have never failed me.
