Blueberry Scones 2 cups Pancake Mix 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup Cubed, Cold Butter 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup blueberries Optional* sugar to sprinkle on top
Steps Take a breath you got this In a mixing bowl and flour and sugar, mix completely Add cubed cold butter and smash in til crumbly Add milk and vanilla and mix til dough is formed Lightly fold in blueberries or any toppings of choice Lay on a parchment lined baking sheet and press out to about a 1-1 1/2 inch thick circle Cut in 6ths and Spread out on pan about 2” apart and sprinkle tops with sugar Bake 13-15 mins at 425° Remove from tray and place on cooling rack to stop cooking process Let cool 5 mins and enjoy!
I just say be careful because those pre-maid pancake mixes are VERY high in sodium per serving.. High blood pressure

Instead of topping with sugar, generally you brush scones with some heavy cream on top before baking for that little extra 😊

I'm not just a baker- im a masterbaker. I prefer to masterbake alone, but its so much more fun to masterbake with the help from a partner's greasy hands. The best is when i masterbake and put it in my mouth afterwards.
