I’m just imagining the end of this short cutting to those two Italian guys crying at what this pasta did in a previous life to deserve this.

Back in my childhood (extreme poverty days) I ate lots of uncooked spaghet. The water where I lived was well water downhill from a septic field so it sucked. Rather than cook the spaghetti or rice, I'd just eat them dry and crunchy and drink water. It helped fill me up without eating my neighbors overflowing shit barrel. That is a good crunch.
@RobertaReal7980
I can never make up my mind how I want my pasta. Should I make it al frente or el dante?
@Vanpotheosis
I've been doing this wrong for 20 years
@ybtan4014
I don’t know what I was expecting tbh
@JohnSmith-b4w
This is silly. You need to sear it on a grill to develop a crust first. It's called the reverse boil technique.
@QuikVidGuy
I love that you used a thermometer to check if the water was boiling
@skie6282
Fun fact, when the water is bubbling alot if you stock your hand in it and it hurts and feel very very hot then you can tell its at 212 without a thermometer!
