  1. Sometimes I'll just eat crushed pecans and dates and squish it in a cup when I'm out of other stuff or don't feel like making something fancy. It's the best👌

  2. can one eat as much fruit as one whant without gain wheight,,it looks delicious thanks

  3. coconut is amazing all on its own, i would have just made that last topping with only the coconut blended by itself, this has enough cherries lol
