Forgive my lack of imagination, but we’re those not just completely different dishes? They didn’t reimagine spaghetti bolognese; those had nothing to do with spaghetti bolognese. If you told me to reimagine the Philly cheese steak sandwich, and I brought you a medium rare ribeye and cheese fries, is that considered reimagining a Philly cheese steak sandwich? What about tacos? Would seafood tacos become a shrimp parmigiana? I’m just confused by the assignment

Why would you re-invent a bolognese? By definition, it's just a dish with some of the same ingredients in it. You could do 1000 different things, what's the effing point of using the word bolognese?

Both of these judges have an awesome personality, unlike the Brit G and the Italian P. who believe of themselves as unreachable beings….when thse two present feedback, they destroy people's dreams.
