  1. Managed to write all the process down watching the video, certainly worth the effort in preparation. Have to try a smaller version can't wait till all the family get together to make the full recipe. That green egg pot looks like a worthwhile investment.
Another good fun recipe to watch

  2. So do you have to leave it to sit for 2 hours before putting it in the oven to bake? I don't remember this rule from previous biriyani recipes? Or did you have something to do and had to come back and finish it after 2 hours?

  3. Hello Chetna, and greetings from Huddersfield in the North Yorkshire hillsides. I just wanted to say thank you for all the wonderful work you do in creating your videos. I am not sure if you are aware but apart from being very educational I also find something comforting about watching you cook. Your warm personality shines through and somehow calms my soul. Also your food must be good for you because you look so amazingly healthy. Please keep doing what you do and don't ever change, you are helping people I more ways than you might realise..peace.

  4. I love that, "guys quiet please," family where would we be without them. Especially when we're trying to film. ????

  5. Do you need to soak the fenugreek seeds to soften them? Or do you just dry roast them straight from the container?

  6. It's going to be a couple of months before I'm settled in my new kitchen. But I'm looking forward to being able to try this.

  7. thank you Chetna this is my favorite (favourite) Indian dish with chicken the most …vegan is fine too????????????????????????????????
