and Welcome to a Spicy Brinjal Curry/ Stuffed Baingan Masala / भरली वांगी Special Episode of @RedSoilStories
Aarya ( my cousin sister ) has come at our place for the vacation. Pooja asked her what does she want for the lunch today, Aarya replied that She wanted to eat village style stuffed brinjal masala curry ( भरली वांगी ). Pooja said that they need to go to the farm and harvest the brinjals first, Aarya was excited and they both went to collect some brinjals from our neighbor’s farm. Aarya wanted to know how to make stuffed brinjal curry with gravy so they decided to make the Maharashtrian Style Spicy Brinjal Curry.
Pooja and Aarya returned home and Started preparing for Bharli Vangi Recipe. Aarya has seen the brinjal plant for the first time. She also wanted to eat fried brinjal or brinjal fritters. Both these brinjal recipes are simple to make and taste awesome when cooked on the wood fire stove.
We enjoyed both these recipes for the lunch.
