    Made yestersay a creamy linguini pasta – Egg yolks mixed with parmesan cheese is stirred in almost done pasta. Top it with shredded and grilled sucuk (turkish spicy sausage) for spicy meat flavor to the creamy pasta.

    Could I use half and half instead of heavy cream or would the recipe just not come out as good or properly? I've heard of some people doing that in some recipes to reduce calories, but sometimes it can't work for every recipe.
