A helpful tip before you start: For the easiest application, sit on a chair while applying this precut.

Before you begin your SpiderTech, One-Piece, Ankle Pre-Cut Tape application, bend and snap all the perforations on the back of the tape.

Step 1: While sitting, cross your ankle over your opposite knee and place your toes through the cut-out portion of the tape. The 2 thin strips should fall between your 1st and 2nd toes and your 3rd and 4th toes.

Remove tab number 1 and apply the section with the bottom of your foot.

Rub to activate the adhesive.

Step 2: Remove tab number 2 and apply the section to the top of your foot

Step 3: Bring your toes and ankle upwards toward your knee, remove tab number 3 and apply the section to the bottom of your foot.

Rub to activate the adhesive.

Step 4: Place your foot on the ground with your knee forward. Remove one of the number 4 tabs and apply the section to the back of your ankle.

Rub to activate the adhesive.

Repeat this process with the other number 4 section.

Step 5: Point your toes and ankle towards the ground, remove tab number 5 and apply the section to the top of your foot and leg.

Step 6: TAKE YOUR TIME and gently rub the tape from the middle out to the ends to activate the adhesive.

Now you’re ready to go.
