I went into the garden and saw how fresh and vibrant our spinach had grown, and just like that, I suddenly felt like making Esfenaj-Pahlou stew for lunch.
Spinach-Pahlou is a traditional Northern Iranian stew that’s incredibly flavorful and delicious.
Pasha was busy planting Cucumber and Pinto Bean seeds — we’ll be able to harvest them in early summer, and I’m already so excited about them!
🔴Ingredients for 4 people:
4 Pieces of Chicken
500g Spinach
100g Coriander
100g Garlic Greens (Young Garlic Leaves)
1 Onion
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
2 Tablespoons Sour Orange Juice (or Substitute with Lemon Juice)
Salt, Black Pepper Powder, and Turmeric Powder to taste
