  1. there is also a kind of close recipe in germany called "Semmelknödel" (breaddumplings), which is done with old white bread, ripped into rough pieces like 1-2 cm in size, then some milk is added, some eggs, some salt and pepper and maybe some nutmeg. then putting it into a microwave safe glassbowl, put a lid on it and put it in the microwave.
One of my most favorite foods

  2. Don't use moldy bread because mold have roots so even if you cut the moldy part it's still dangerous

  3. Don't eat bread if it ss mold on it. It doesn't matter if you rip it of as because the whole bread is already infected. Rhey hage roots so even if you rip off th4 visible mold your still left with invisible mold

  4. Fun fact, mold has invisible roots troughout the bread! so even if you cut of the green part, you're still eating decomposed bread. That's a fun fact, right?

  5. ''If your moldivated''
Am I the only one that heard that or are my ears slowly deteriorating due to my headphones-

  6. Everyone else is also saying it but we really need to hammer it home. DON'T EAT MOLDY BREAD, NOT EVEN THE GOOD LOOKING PART. Not as a joke, not even pretending, and also not if you secretly swapped the moldy bread with good bread because this is the internet and some people would still follow your example.
The fibers (mycelium) if the mold can easily penetrate the bread and you won't be able to tell where the mold is. The toxins can cause allergic reactions, respiratory problems and other things as well as liver damage and infections.

  7. Jesus Christ, isn't it common sense that Stale is different from moldy?! NEVER USE MOLDY BREAD GUYS
