    After 45 years and retirement from doing nails, I think I'll stick with acrylic. I could do it, but I like the quickness of a fast set acrylic. You do beautiful work. And I learn something from you every time I watch you.❤

    Suzy, a couple of questions:
    1. How do I prevent heat spike on the first bead? The first layer looks pretty thin so the heat is bearable but once I put a glob, that thing BURNS!
    2. My gel extension on the form dips a lot lower than my own nail. If I leave as is, I have a curved claw. If I try to level it, the tip is very thick and damn ugly. How do I fix this?
